Averaged my first full tank of gas with the new 1999 ranger. Got 20mpg with it. I'm impressed!

 

Bought new wiper blades, and rubber floor mats for the 1999 Ranger today.

 

Hooked the boat to it and moved it from the front yard to the back yard.

I didnt even see my ranger today. but over the weekend I installed new speakers and an amp

 

I looked at mine as I walked by it.

That's about it lol.

 

i cant keep but one car at my new place. but at least its stored in a garage

 

One in a garage is better than a few in the weather.

 

Not today, but yesterday i painted my wheels black and left the oem center caps chrome.

matte black classic 2's look way better lol

I also sprayed the rear bumper cover black

 

I compared it to what it used to look like.

 

Put gas in my Ranger for the first time in 2 months.
My DD is my 89' Ford Festiva now and I use my Ranger to haul things with and drive every now and then. I still love my Ranger and will never give it up. You just can't beat 45 mpg compared to 25 mpg.

 

Knocked my CB antenna off the roof. Proceeded to install my other one because I was tired of the Wilson

 

Went to the junkyard and got a explorer rear axle with 4.10s and limited slip and only 136k miles on it. Also picked up the front axle so my truck will have 4.10s now.

 

I ordered a new subwoofer and amp for the ranger today
hell ya! I just put gas in my escort this morning. im only getting 36

sounds like a good day.

 

What is the problem with the Wilson CB Antenna ?
They are one of the best CB Antenna Manufacturers in the Market today.
Just curious about any problems you might be having.

What did the front end run you ?
I have been thinking of getting one and have the gears installed, then just swap it over.
With the Front Diff on the bench it should be easier to work on, maybe a better job.

installed/wired up some lighted sun visors for inside the truck out of an explorer yesterday.

I actually had no problems with the antenna. It's a great antenna. I just wanted to change because having the stainless steel post up there scares me. That's why it came off, the branch hit the post and took it off. Ok I probably shouldn't use a Trucker Ant on a magnet mount, but it's what I had. But yeah it's an excellent antenna.

 

Wait, do expos have a solid axle up front?

 

I think he means the diffy and half shafts.

 

Threw on some new bosch wiper blades, heavy rain in these parts..next weekend new control arms.....

Put on my roll bars, and front light wing, and took my lights off my topper cargo rack and put on the roll bar and light wing..then took it and washed it..
