1) You know you drive a ranger when it's paid off and your still driving it years later and you can still afford a couple more cars besides the ranger.
2) You know you drive a ranger when someone laughs at you and says "Why don't you get yourself a real truck" and you just laugh with them.
3) You know you drive a ranger when you can put a cap over it and people think you have an SUV.
4) You know you drive a ranger when You replace the plugs and wires after 5 years and it performs like it did when it was brand new.
5) You know you drive a ranger when 6 years later your still waiting for a major repair.
6) You know you drive a ranger when you have a 2wd Edge and everyone just "knows" that you drive a 4 X 4!
7) You know you drive a ranger when you can spend a couple thousand on customizing it and never, ever see anyone else driving the same truck as what you have.
8) You know you drive a 5 sp 3.0 ranger when you can blow by other cars on the highway and everyone wonder what's under the hood.
9) You know you drive a ranger when your job transfers you 40 miles away and you say "no problem, I'll just use my truck to get me there and back every day"

you know you used to drive a ranger when you buy someting else and in spite of what everyone around you says (i.e. you'll like it alot better) every time you drive it, it just seems like less.
