Bumping a dead thread but, MBRP/Off-Camber Fabrication makes a Maglite mount kit. They're supposed to be for the 07+ Wrangler JK and the MBRP modular roof rack, but I'm pretty sure the could be modified to fit anywhere. Might be a little pricey though.

You could do the same thing for under $4.00 with some conduit clamps. That's what those look like.

I have a custom Maglite mount for a Ranger that goes beneath the seat and attaches to one of the seat track bolts I will sell. PM me if interested.

I don't know why anyone uses a Maglite anyway. They're big, heavy, dim pieces of crap. I've got an aluminum flashlight from sears that takes three triple A batteries and it seems to outperform the Maglight. The batteries last longer too. Plus it fits nicely in my armrest console. Problem solved.

I have a 3 cell LED Maglite and it is more than enough. I could have even went 2 cell. But I kinda wanted a baton size in case I need it for a weapon some day. Worst case scenario of course. I have it screwed into the backwall of my standard cab with the maglite mounts. Whole setup was less than $30.

I have two maglites, one mounted on each side.

I never bought any of the cheapo plastic clips. Back about fifteen years ago, they had rubber-coated, metal clips, and they worked great. The new plastic ones break easy in extreme cold weather. About 3-4 years ago, I went on a quest to find more of the old style clips. I finally found a guy on e-bay that worked at the supplier who manufactured the metal clips for MagLite. He had lots of these for sale, so I bought a bunch of them. I've got six Mag-Lites mounted in the garage, one in the pantry, two in the Ranger, and two in my wife's vehicle. Did I mention... I like Mag-Lites?

I still have my Alon mount.

I might buy some of the push in clips soon. That way I can mount my mag lite to my rear storage box.

I just saw this 6 cell mag lite pic, brought back memories of the one my Dad had, it was the 7 cell... they were huge. his 7 cell was stolen out of his car at the mall one day... couldn't buy them after that where we lived... now I have 2 3 cells, one in the ranger, one at work in my desk

It's not my collection. Kel Lite was bought out in 1983 so they aren't available anymore. I don't really know much about them I just googled and found that pic.
