yeah I will be chopn that off for sure, I dont even have them bolted in yet or anything. Yeah the chip and bubbles are not a HUGE deal I just want to get what I payed for. I will fix it myself easy for sure. I will paint them once I get the rears a little later on.

yeah huge step..that combined with the rear end was some bank..but should get some kicks out of it

Yeah I'm pushing it but I told Aaron my situation and that I needed it atleast a week before the dunes trip. I supposedly should have it by the week of 24-28, giving me that weekend and a couple days to get it ready before wed. That should be fine, but ealier would be sweet too hah. I have to give him a call again tomorrow to talk about it some more, or if he calls me back. I tried today mid day but he didnt return my call.

Sweeeet.
If it gets unbearable with the rear end welded, maybe I could send you my L/S diff until you got a detroit.
I would sell it for cheap but I want a carrier for spare parts in case something breaks down the road.

He said to call him today or Monday and check in again. So I'll call Monday and see how its going. Arms were made and sent to powder coat, biggest thing still in question is what shock I can get in time that fit good. Aaron likes certain ones cause of how they line up with the axle shafts clearance wise. but orw is way behind in getting fox so id have to wait like 3 more weeks.Best estimate so far is shipping by end of next week and to me mid to end week the next.

No biggie though, cause I got all the rear end to do in the meantime. The front won't take long I don't think since the truck is ready for install as it sits

Not sayin it's gonna be a problem etc, but any welded rear I've seen has had a TON more weld in it than just the lil bit you have welded up... wish I had a pic of mine after it was re-welded... my lil 3.o with 5.13's runnin 37's broke more weld than what you have... just food for thought!

I said that was first pass. 3 total covering out to 3 teeth.

Also quality of the weld makes or breaks as well. I will be on sand not rocks or tar beatn on it. So it should work for one trip

Fully weld that thing up Andy. It'll only take like 12 hours with all the cooling and what not.
