The Ranger frame is pretty weak. I bet a come along between the frame rails would pull them together, then weld it up.

oh yeah side to side is no problem.. that ****s a wet noodle. I had to bar clamp it back from it flaring out to the piece I put in. so its all squared up again. I was just taking about the gap underneath the cross member and the frame. It will be perfect once I pie wedge a little secition off the tail and then angle it up to the crossmember and weld it ll in.

Full leaf spring with standard hangers. The shock mounts off of the rocker vs. the axle. This setup lets you get full travel out of the springs while using a shorter shock that fits under the bed.

Yeah for sure double shear,no way id go any other way. And that cantilever setup has full leafs, just uses that setup for the shocks instead of a bedcage to save bed space

edit: Woops I'm late haha

I've been trying to get a hold of Aaron since yesterday morning when he told me to call, left a message and didnt get back to me,did the same today. Called like 6 times today and my calls seem to get cut short to voicemail every time. Getn a tad on my bad side pretty quick here...

hald leaf spring would be 3/4 eliptical...seen it done on a lot fo crawlers, but kinda crap way of doing things... i think a prerunner set up would destroy 3/4 eliptical in no time. lol!

I was checking back in to see if he was going to be able to ship my **** by the end of the week, since I wasnt having to wait for powdercoat. But that was suppose to be wed, and now it will be friday before I maybe talk to him. I wish I could have someone from another area code call in and see if he picks up. cause if hes just ignoring my calls due to something bad that has come up etc, thatd **** me off. I never had any trouble previous to this week getting ahold of him. I've also left like 4 messages over the last 2 days.

Talked to him finally, everything is in and will ship today. Only thing that he will have to send in a couple days are the steering extensions cause they are being made. But coils, shocks, bumps, arms, etc will be coming...and I can't friggn wait
