Hey Ryan, did you just kinda guess where you wanted the hoops or did you get info from Zack on it? just wondering cause usually you see the axle set up on stands in the wanted spot, and then fabbed around that.

I've had the axle on stands, just moved them so I had enough room to get the coils on the mounts. I was just screwing around though. It will have to go back on stands when my brackets from ballistic show up. I outlined the the jack stands on the floor so I wouldn't have to do quite as much measuring again lol.

But Zach did help me out on figuring out how to line up the axle properly.

Does anyone know the normal turn around time for Ruff Stuff? I was thinking about canceling my order with ballistic and getting the brackets from Ruff Stuff instead.

Haven't made much more progress. Just little stuff. I got the superlift shaft off and thought it was interesting that the adapter on it was the exact same one that the custom shaft uses.

Yeah.....Evan got the correct adaptor ordered up in like December when I was building my front shaft. I got the wrong adaptor but made it work. Same exact adaptor as the SL shaft adaptor.

I never kept tabs on the driveshaft thread so yeah........lol

Anyway I just talked to Ballistic and they said my stuff would be shipping out today. So hopefully they aren't messing with my head. If they don't get shipped today or tomorrow I'm canceling and going with ruff stuff.

i called them today also and they said my orders been ready and that they have been waiting for me to pay for shipping. i argued with them that their website said free shipping on all orders over $600. the guy told me that since i got the 10% discount that i dont get free shipping. i was never billed for shipping and no one called me or emailed me. i didnt want to keep arguing i just wanted my damn stuff so i paid the $62 shipping.

Well Ballistic finally came through. Hopefully I'll have time to get these on tomorrow and then I can get the truck on its own weight.
