Felt pretty good overall. I do wish I had more uptravel and assist for the steering.

If I notch the frame and use smaller bumpstops I should be able to gain 1"-2" uptravel.

My steering box is already tapped just need the cylinder/hoses and a cooler. Steering box got extremely hot.

Traction bars probably wouldn't hurt it either.

Started swapping in the manual tcase. Still need to get that paper gasket before I put it in. I thought it was just rtv and probably wouldn't hurt to just use rtv but I'm gonna get the paper one.

I just use RTV, works fine.

Did you already have a front shaft?

Not yet. I have an explorer shaft I'm gonna have lengthened/splined and 1350 joint on the axle end.

Still need to figure out how to wire up the lights. I'd like to have them working eventually.

Got the case in and working on the shifter. The holes for the shifter bolts on the tranny were packed with mud. Still trying to get those cleaned out all the way.

I want to offset it like this to keep the cupholders.

Picked up some 38" TSL SXs. These things are gnarly. I drop the truck off Friday to get the front gears and locker installed. So all that will leave is getting the front driveshaft and t case shifter made then boom 4WD!

Found a shifter boot from a 97 F150 but still working on the linkage.
