I was told they were Eagle alloys. But after some searching they are American Racing polished Python's that have been painted. The guy had them on his sas'd Dakota.

Sorry, no real progress. Got a couple more parts but that's about it.
Still trying to get the caster to pinion angle right and keep it low.

Might pull the body lift for a 2" one. I'd like to take it out completely but I don't want to redo the sliders and bumper.

Dropped it down a little more so the caster is 4-5 degrees. Also picked up a hobart 140 today so I'm pumped about that. Gotta get a big *** drill bit for the driver side u-bolt and might get a smaller piece of tubing for the front.
Right about 48" to the back of the slot. The springs are 47" eye to eye so it should work well.

Got it pretty well figured out so I cleaned it up for welding. Gonna have the crossmember welded at work this week and then start putting stuff on the frame. Hopefully I can have it on its own weight next week.

Some guy wrecked in the neighbor's front yard while I was working.

Got everything put back under and some of it tacked up. I'm gonna have a problem with that back leafspring clamp and the bolt on the inside after jacking the axle up. But everything else looks like it gonna fit well.
