. Sterling 10.25, 8x6.5, full floater(with a rubber Oring on the flange, never leaks) 1.5" 35spline axles, Yukon 5.38 gears, 1350 yoke, lincoln locked, welded axle tubes, 4Link brackets w/custom truss, webbing removed from the bottom of the chunk for better clearance, SOLID pinion bearing spacer, disc brakes using E350 rotors and chevy calipers, GLO HD diff cover, Lube Locker gasket(no leaks here!), L9 Hardware in both Hubs. Will come with a spare set of axle shafts and a spare hub.
I did get the truck running though. Sounded good after sitting for 3-4 months. Now all I really need to get the front finished is a highsteer arm, steering links, brake lines, some finish welding, and TIRES!!

Sorry man can't fit a 15" rim. I'm going to have to go up to a 17" to clear the Sterling's disc brakes. The 16s rub the caliper.
gotta set of 36x1450r15 superswamps for sale. pm me if your interested lol

Still trying to figure out the steering. Even with a shorter pitman arm the drag link is gonna be close to the differential. Planning to drop the sliders some and maybe move the front crossmember back.

Got some stuff cutoff and welded. Looks like I need to cut the lower link brackets off the rear end to fit the ubolts.

Got everything tacked back on and decided to test it out by dropping the truck off the jackstands.
Was trying to get the back jacked up to pull the axle and over it went. Didn't mess up too much. Bent the hi lift all to hell and smashed the exhaust a little bit .
It's back up on jackstands now. Just need to figure out how I'm gonna get the truck shifted back over.

That's why I refuse to use a hi-lift to raise my truck unless absolutely necessary! Spend a lil money and get a 3-ton jack and then just stick some 6x6's on it to get the height... just me, glad you didn't get hurt!

I have 16" rims that will fit if I grind the calipers on the rear. Been talking to a guy about some 37x13.5x16 Swamper M-16s.

lol just link the rear end ya dork :P
looking great the build! and btw u got me thinking bout those slider boxes, i was thinking about trying them on my truck on the rear for now (worst case they dont work back to shackles).
and i thoughht the same on my truck to link it now thats its on its frame but didnt want to think bout the fuel cell also!

Blueyah! Got the ubolt plates fixed and painted up the axle. Still need to get the driveshaft shortened and I want to redo the brake lines.

Still trying to figure this out.

I'm hoping to have it 2wd before winter. Probably won't have the money for front gears and locker before then. There's still plenty to do and I need tires.
