Haha yea, been busy on it,got all the front stuff in but the steering extensions. Aaron is going to overnight them. I got the arms all painted and need to get the balljoints pressed in. The rear is done and would be on the wheels if the tards at adapt-it sent my the right lugs for my adapters, Should be here today though or tomorrow. Took the leafs apart and got my full droop and bump figured out for optimal upper shock mount placement. So now I'll start the bedcage today. Also had to shorten my driveshaft 2.5". I'll have some pics later today
ok just a few pics..then I'm back to work. I'll update more tonight
these ***** are so much bigger in real life

getting my upper mounts figured out..full droop, shock not extended but you can see my line

full bump, bumpstops removed. also can see where the lines intersect

clearance at full bump

rear ready to go besides cage and the damn correct adapter lugs!(should have been here today..so I hope tomorrow..otherwise it would be on the wheels)

its all part of the giant 64" kit
wellllll i hit another awesome bump in the road..the world is against me. i was trying to fix a metal cover on the compressor motor and it flipped while i was pushing on it pretty hard and it got me between my middle and ring finger on my left hand. just got back from stiches though which was real quick. it split my hand about an inch or so, and pretty much as deep as you can get. i think i'm going to call it, i got spocked lol...

just got back from getn them filled, the guy was younger and really cool. he had just loaded up his badass jeep on 1 tons, 42's beadloacks, airshocks etc. and a new on monday mega cab dodge diesel. payed $10 a shock and he said stop by anytime and the next ones on him. so now I know I have a hook up for when I need to rebuilt my shocks. getn at the truck in the morning, not stopn till midnight!..maybe ha
startn work now, wish me luck..im gonna need it haha. my hand feels pretty good today, and just a slight soreness in my sholder from my tetinus shot. gotta find a good way to wrap up my hand so I can work with it but not tear it or get it dirty.
here she is all fixed up

Dude nice progress! And yes all long travel stuff always seems huge in person. Have you ever seen a 3.0 shock? I have once and i shat myself! Progress looks good this thing is gonna haul with the 5.0 in it.
just a few pics from progress today. was a long day in the sun and dealing with my hand, but went pretty good. For my first time working with tube, bender, and a notcher it went great I think. Tomorrow I'm going to finish the cage up quick and get started on the front end. I didnt get my new adapter lugs so I'm pretty pissed about that, Think I might have to find some cheap f150 lugs and cut a 1/2" off the top and make my own till I get the real one..cause I want to drive this thing asap before I go.
pics

still got more to add at the rear that will wrap around the tires etc. and finish all my crossbraces. then I'll setup the limit straps and the rear is good to go besides brakelines and attaching wheels lol

I did alot of runnning around early in the day getting my rear brake parts, balljoint press and hardware for the shocks and limit straps. the hoops are welded in and right away in the morning I will start installing the arms and get it on the wheels!

and this was the single greatest sawzall cut I've ever made..comparred to the otherside I easily saved an hour of gringing. didnt even have to grind after I chopped it off!
