OK so its 830. i have extreme dehydrationand terrible cramps . Mal is yelling at me cuz im not going to get an IV lol. lots of gatorade!!

on a Better note.Engine is IN along with trans and etc.

Drive shaft is about 2 inches too long so that blows.

just need to hook up trans lines. build intake tube. modify driveshaft, radiator hoses, extend some wires. tedious stuff.

Major thank you to Chris, Pajor and Mike. great help. no doubt would not be even close to where i am now if it werent for them.

Felt better today. got alot more done. Wiring is a nightmare. somewhere its losing continuity in 1 or 2 wires that i have to find. sucks. Still dehydrated but im getting better.

Anyway. I apologize to everyone about the pics. I have not had a decent chance to slow down. If you saw me work you would know why. I dont stop lol.

Any way.. drive shaft needs to be shortened a whopping 2 1/2 inches.

Steering shaft does hit the header. Not cool so i will have to modify that. some grinding cutting and diff bolts should do the trick.

Other than that she fires up (when i jump it) and sounds great. more details soon....

Can you tell me how this happens, not enough water or too much beer ?
Man, (Mel) stop what you are doing and get attention to the problem, or at least contact a doctor to see what should be done other than a hospital bed because that is where you will be if you don’t get the dehydration under control.
My brother hit his leg, he knew there was something wrong but kept on working. Friday at work he fell over , got up and kept going, “I’m OK”. Yesterday they admitted him in the hospital for a blood clot that formed in his leg and moved to his lungs, that’s when he passed out.
Not the same but the same get some attention and feel better; when you feel better you can concentrate on the job at hand and maybe do a better job.
Sorry for harping !

Good to hear the little lady fired up; it is always good to hear it come alive for the first time.
Can’t wait to hear about your wiring problems, I am making a list just in case.

ltr and luck,

Any sugary drink, anything with caffine, and anything with alchohol will dehyderate you. At the same time tho, you need to make sure that you keep your electrolite levels in balance. That's where the Gatorade and food comes in. Drink plenty of water (at least 1 qt an hr for work such as hiking, or mowing a laws in 90* plus weather) but never more than 2 qt. That will cause overhyderation, and you DO NOT want that. I would say drink a small (whatever the second smallest size is) Gatorade every 2 qt of water you intake, especially if you have a long time between meals, and are going through the water like nobodys business. If you feel like you have a headache, drink water. If you feel lips chapped, dry eyes, etc. Drink water.

If you have a severe headache, stop sweating, dizzy, or sick youve begun heatstroke (the opposite of hypothermia). That is not the one you want! If this happens to you, get in as cool of an area aa possible. (air conditioned house is best) lay down, with your feet propped a few inches above your heart. Place a cool rag on your neck (to cool the blood going to your brain down.) DO NOT use ice on the neck. You can also put icepacks on the inner thighs, armpits, and behind the knees. This will help cool the blood. Drink lots of water slowly.

If you do the above steps, you'll be good and shouldn't have to go to the hospital. As long as you don't drink too much or too little, you should be good.

wow... That was a lot to type on my iPhone... Shoulda moved to the computer that is 5 feet away lol

Good place for ya, especially if Mel is there… LoL !

Take your time and feel GOOD first then worry about the swap.
I too want it done but somethings are just not worth it, i have learned to take everything in stride, no rushing anymore.

ltr and take care,
p.s.
i am not a fan of Gatorade, try something that is designed for the after effects, not sure what but there are plenty of choices.

I'm not saying its teh best thing, but its better for you than soda, or anything else. As long as he stays away from the super sugary/ caffinated drinks, he should be good (IE, Coffee, Monster, Soda, Red bull etc.) also, as I stated before, Alchohol doesnt help either. You know why your head hurts after a hard night of drinking? Dehyderation.

oh, one more indicator that your dehydrated... if your pee isn't clear, or almost clear, drink water. if its really dark, your on your way to trouble.

At least when you get back to it you will feel better and DON’T get yourself back in that situation.

Good to hear you are back with it and feeling good.

Luck and take care...

Take care of yourself first . . . the rest will come with time. Besides, it will be hard to enjoy the moment if you're feeling like crap. Congrats on your progress

Yes it is alive. Starting with key etc.

Still need to fix steering link. screw it chopping off square piece and welding it. easy

install auto floor console,

Have a stall issue. wants to run for a bit and stalls out. could be my half *** "cold air" intake or another vaccum issue.
Fuel pressure is perfect. all cylinders are firings. all header tubes heat up
Dropped off driveshaft. needed to be shortened 3" be done no later than Friday.
towing to exhaust shop on Thurs or Friday. Depends if i find the stall problem.

got to dark to take pics with my phone. I swear ill take pics tmw.
