no just chevy springs to get me by for a couple years then i want to link the front and back just gotta do a tone of research on that stuff.

I would STRONGLY suggest locking at least the rear axle. The Powerlock is not a very good limited slip and leaving the front open is really gonna suck when you try to go off-road. Buy a set of Lockrights or Aussie lockers, better yet, weld the front or back if you don't have any $$.

I would suggest 4* bushings for the front. 7* bushings will most likely give you too much caster.

I am only running 4 maybe 5 and its great. I have discussed this with a few good alignment shops in town they all say 3-4 but i read online 5-7 ??

I think 3-4 for road vehicles. with off road trucks 5-7 is the magic number I think..

mine is set at about 5

what would it matter? mine does fine off the road as it does on the road. you want it to track correctly and drive correctly on the road as well as off the road.

Its sits level with no blocks in the back and thats what i wanted and, i have no idea what im running for caster i just caled it good with the 7* caster bushings it will change when i extend my arms though.
Hey Zach you got that JJ still?

Trim those u-bolts and aim the pinion down a couple degrees. So as you get on the gas and the pinion rotates up it won't be putting a steeper angle on the u-joint.

Do you have a double cardan on the back of the t-case? I can't tell in the pics.

Yes it is double cardon and if i have funny u-joint wear im going to take the wedges off of the leafs.
And i will have new brake line from the MC back next weekend that spacer is temporary.

If anything you might have a driveline vibe. For a double cardan you want the pinion to be a few degrees down from straight at the t-case, so as the axle wraps and raises the pinion it will be moving torward the t-case out-put instead of away.

What tire do you suggest?
Also my rear end seams to axle hop on dirt roads and such when you get on the gas does anyone else have this problem?
Also i took the wedges off the leaf springs, pinion angle is better now but not perfect.
